Private events
The share of guests who are skipping alcohol at a private event usually runs higher than at a restaurant, and they are handed the worst drink in the room. We bring the same pairing work we build for tasting menus, sized to one night. Priced per event, by menu depth and headcount.

Weddings
The toast is the one moment every guest in the room is holding a glass. Expecting parents, designated drivers, guests in recovery, observant families: at most weddings that is a fifth of the seats, and the default answer is sparkling cider poured in a hurry. We write the pour list against your caterer’s actual menu, so the glass at each setting was chosen on purpose.
Corporate dinners
Half the table is on the record and the other half flies out at seven. A paired zero-proof list lets everyone drink well without anyone narrating a decision, and your servers get a one-line story per pour so the night stays a dinner.
Chef’s-table and VIP nights
The restaurant program, sized to one night: the actual menu paired course by course, in proper stems, with tableside language your staff can say in one breath.
What arrives with us
Course-paired pours or a stationed flight
Seated course-by-course service matched to the event menu, or a self-guided flight station for receptions.
Printed menu cards
A pairing card per setting or station, in the event’s voice, naming every pour and its ABV class.
Staff briefing
A tight pre-service briefing for the catering team: pour specs, hold characteristics, and the one-line story per course.
Accurate ABV labeling
Every pour labeled by measured class, verified 0.0% or <0.5% non-alcoholic. A ferment never gets labeled 0.0%.
Batch specs for your caterer
Batch quantities in milliliters, prep timing, and a sourcing list with backup vendors, so the kitchen executes without us hovering.
Send the date, the venue, and a rough headcount; you will get an answer on fit and a quote, usually within 48 hours. A sample flight tasting before booking is available and worth asking for. Curious what the builds look like on paper? The pairing library shows two in full.
